As of today, we have 12 years experience in this field, while continuing to expand our market by bringing in similar materials such as Silicone and Neoprene, which also serves for protection purposes.

In 2021，Artsonic Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia, mainly servicing premium gift supplies.
Our Factory.
Our partnership factories follow the ISO-9001 standard with more than 15 years experience, ensuring that their product quality is of the highest level.
The factory has 4 production lines with a total footprint of 18,000 m2. The facilities are mostly located in Guangdong Dongguan, China. They have currently employed more than 200 factory staff with a yearly output of more than 3 mil production of the protection case.
The raw materials were tested and certified, which comply with all EU and US safety standards, before being brought in for production. The factories are guaranteed to manufacture quality product with strict incoming quality control checks.

Injection Molding
EVA has several advantages to it as an injection molding product. It’s comfortable, very durable and easy to clean. For designers, EVA has several advantageous properties: it is available in many different color and has different levels of softness.
In the EVA injection molding process aluminum molds are used. These are lighter in weight and conduct the heat better than any other mold. This factor of heat is important in the process because it allows the product to increase in size.

Eva Product
The EVA case combines the protection of a hard case and the portability of a soft case. EVA foam creates a semi-rigid structure inside the shell while increasing shock and water resistance. It can perfectly protect delicate devices and sensitive equipment. Neoprene Product
Neoprene offers strong resistance to physical failures like cuts and is resistant to damage caused by abrasion, flexing and twisting. It also does not degrade in the presence of sun, ozone or weather and features excellent adhesion to fabric and metals.
As neoprene comes in various thicknesses and densities, it provides appropriate cushioning as well as strong protection. This makes it ideal for protective coverings for computers and other devices, as well as ankle and knee braces. Developed to provide products with a soft smooth feel, colorful and durability. Nylon and polyster series fabrics are chemical resistant, elastic and low moisture content (4.5%), and most economical among all fabrics
